Many of the migrants make the decision to change the country as an opportunity to reinvent themselves and improve as people, adopt new cultures and ideals that make them grow. In this way they are integrated into the new society, adapt and feel comfortable in a new environment that gives them the security that perhaps, for different reasons, they did not find in their country of origin. However, this does not happen in an instant, it is part of a process, which is very similar to what you experience when you are first portrayed by a photographer. "Adapted" reflects, in audiovisual format, the photo sequence of portraits of migrants in an environment chosen by them and in which they feel at ease.
